There’s something special about flamingos. It’s not their one-legged stance, or their long, slim neck, or their curved beak, Nope! None of the above! Naturally, it’s because they’re pink!

Flamingo trivia = did you know that Hong Kong’s famous Kowloon Park is home to a large flock of flamingos? Visitors who venture into the park are often surprised to see a huge number of the pink feathered birds hanging out near the Canton Road side of the park, right in the heart of the city.
You can use a pink flamingo umbrella to keep dry, or to stay in the shade. Did you know that in Asia, they even sell umbrellas in vending machines?!
Flamingos have enjoyed a high-profile presence on Instagram over the last few years because of the trend in massive flamingo pool floats also known as ‘floaties’.
